Parodic humor generally does not arise from &#8220;funny&#8221; music but rather from the contrast between audience expectations and the deliberately mismatched patterns of action. The music cements the parodied genre\u2014occasionally through deliberate exaggeration.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.5; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"42px\">About the Film<\/h2>\n<p><em>Der WiXXer<\/em> parodies the 1960s Edgar Wallace films and is based on a radio play series of the same name from <i>Fr\u00fchstyxradio<\/i> (<em>FFN<\/em>). Developed by <strong>Oliver Kalkofe<\/strong> and <strong>Oliver Welke<\/strong>, the story follows the bumbling inspector duo Very Long and Even Longer as they pursue the mysterious WiXXer. The film is packed with references that are particularly appreciated by fans of the original radio plays.
